By accessing and using PepperJob (operated by PepperJob), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
Service Description
PepperJob is a job search management and application tracking platform that helps users organize their job hunt, track applications, and receive curated job opportunities aggregated from multiple job boards. The platform analyzes job compatibility based on user-defined criteria and provides compatibility scores.
User Accounts
To use PepperJob, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
Subscription and Billing
PepperJob offers both free and premium subscription plans:
- The Free plan includes basic application tracking features
- The Premium plan (€15/month) includes additional features such as automated job aggregation and unlimited job matching
- Premium subscriptions are billed monthly and will automatically renew unless canceled
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our payment provider Paddle
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
- Use automated systems to scrape or collect data from the service
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organization
Service Disclaimer
PepperJob aggregates job listings from third-party sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any job listings. We are not responsible for the hiring practices of employers or the content of external job postings. Your use of the service is at your own risk.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease, and we may delete your account and data.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of PepperJob after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

- You request a refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase

- Your account has not been terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund during the 14-day period:

- Include your account email and reason for the refund (optional)
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time through the Paddle customer portal or your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months after the initial 14-day refund period.
